These have all been added manually, as I’ve finished all the files which
I can automatically detect.
All the license headers in this commit are for LGPL-2.1-or-later, and
all have been double-checked against the license paragraph in the file
header.

It’s a tradeoff of time against reproducibility of the failure conditions
this test is testing for. If this test is run 100× on CI (which it will
be every few weeks), that should be often enough to catch a regression
here.
A regression in this code is unlikely, though.
This change is motivated by the fact that periodically this test times
out, and even when it doesn’t, it takes on average 240s of CI runner
time during each CI run. That’s a lot of resources.

Include the base URI in the `g_test_bug()` calls instead. This resolves
inconsistencies between the old bug base (bugzilla.gnome.org) and the
new bug base (gitlab.gnome.org). It also has the advantage that the URI
passed to `g_test_bug()` is now clickable in the code editor, rather
than being split across two locations.

And drop the `volatile` qualifier from the variable, as that doesn’t
help with thread safety.

It may be defined by the environment (we document that as being allowed)
— if so, individual files should not try to redefine it, as that causes
a preprocessor warning.

We kept seeing the glib testsuite hanging on our CI system in the
testcase for 642026. After some digging it turned out the jenkins slave
was misconfigured and its task limit was too low.
Add an assertion that the test thread has been created to more easily
spot this error condition as opposed to the test simply hanging.

This has uncovered two unused testcases in option-context.c. They are
currently broken and require more investigation (which is probably why
they are unused).
