There is currently no `dllimport` attribute on any of our function,
which prevents MSVC to optimize function calls.
To fix that issue, we need to redeclare all our visibility macros for
each of our libraries, because when compiling e.g. GIO code, we need
dllimport in GLIB headers and dllexport in GIO headers. That means they
cannot use the same GLIB_AVAILABLE_* macro.
Since that's a lot of boilerplate to copy/paste after each version bump,
this MR generate all those macros using a python script.
Also simplify the meson side by using `gnu_symbol_visibility : 'hidden'`
keyword argument instead of passing the cflag manually.
This leaves only API index to add manually into glib-docs.xml when
bumping GLib version. That file cannot be generated because Meson does
not allow passing a buit file to gnome.gtkdoc()'s main_xml kwarg
unfortunately.
The relevant parts of the generated example documentation are already
`xi:include`d into the `migrating-gdbus.xml` page, so are turned into
HTML there. Installing them separately means they also get installed
into `/usr/share/gtk-doc/html/gdbus-object-manager-example/`, which
seems redundant.

This reverts commit 398c048c66.
It got removed because it used to cause build issues, but now that we
have a CI let's hope it won't be a problem any more.

This example has been causing on-and-off build breaks for quite some
time. In this case, the code for copying the generated content into the
main docs of GIO is causing problems with srcdir != destdir builds (due
to the files also being copied from the read-only srcdir during
distchecks).
We could probably work around this problem yet again, but since there is
no real benefit to having this content included, so let's remove it.

Mark 'test', 'test-report', 'perf-report' and 'full-report' as PHONY in
docs/Makefile.am to prevent recursion of gtester into the documentation
subdirectories. Stop including Makefile.decl from these directories
since it is no longer necessary.
This will clear up the warnings about EXTRA_DIST being defined once in
gtk-doc.make and again in Makefile.decl.
This is the expected (and sane) behavior - without this bug-fix you'd
have to add "Since" to every member of a newly added D-Bus interface.
Also show-case this in the codegen example.

Rework property getters to use a vfunc so we can take the fast path
and avoid allocating memory for both the skeleton and the proxy
cases. This requires some special case because of how GVariant expects
you to free memory in some cases, see #657100. Add test cases for
this.
Document the _get_ functions as not being thread-safe and also
generate _dup_ C getters (which are thread-safe).
Mark all the generated _get_, _dup_ and _set_ as (skip) as non-C
languages should just use GObject properties and not the (socalled)
"C binding".

This avoids the generated types (e.g. ExampleAnimal, ExampleCat,
ExampleObject and ExampleObjectManagerClient) being referenced in the
core gio docs. This was requested by Matthias.
