If the help output is explicitly requested by the user, it’s
conventional for it to be printed to stdout rather than stderr.

Store their details in an array which can be iterated over instead.
This introduces no functional changes, just a cleanup which will allow
following commits to be neater.

All the calls to `usage()` are immediately followed by a `return` from
`main()` which sets an appropriate exit status.
Calling `exit()` early means that running `gio --help` returns exit
status 1, which is incorrect — it should (by convention) return 0.

This command will try to execute a desktop file, before that
it will load the input as a keyfile for checking its existence
and its validity (as a keyfile).
File arguments are allowed after the desktop file.

This makes use of the string we now have from glib-private.h in the
last commit so that setlocale() sets the default system locale
correctly and therefore show the translated messages properly.
Fixes issue #1169.
"gio help COMMAND" shows some arguments with "..." and some with "…",
which looks weird, e.g.:
$ gio help mount
gio mount [OPTION…] [LOCATION...]
Let's use "…" consitently.
Compiling with clang 3.8.1-18 (debian, x86_64) I ran across this
error:

To fix the first one, related with the function print_error(), this
patch adds to the function prototype a compiler's attribute.
For the second one, since the usage of that function is to print
one string and the format is already provided, the patch simplifies
the function by no receiving variadic arguments.

This command collects the various commandline utilities that
are currently shipped in gvfs, and unifies them under a single,
command-style binary.
The tools just use GIO APIs, so it makes sense for them to live here.
