Nicks and blurbs don't have any practical use for gio/gobject libraries.
Leaving tests untouched since this features is still used by other libraries.
Closes#2991
Previously these properties would have been documented using the strings
from the pspec, but those will be removed in the following commit. Re-add
the documentation using those strings, but as gi-docgen documentation
comments.

Add SPDX license (but not copyright) headers to all files which follow a
certain pattern in their existing non-machine-readable header comment.

The intention here was to assert that the length of the password fits
in a gssize. Passwords more than half the size of virtual memory are
probably excessive.

The public API `g_tls_password_set_value_full()` (and the vfunc it
invokes) can only accept a `gssize` length. Ensure that nul-terminated
strings passed to `g_tls_password_set_value()` can’t exceed that length.
Use `g_memdup2()` to avoid an overflow if they’re longer than
`G_MAXUINT` similarly.

This reverts commit 8028494335.
Adding (array length=…) to a gchar* parameter causes the GIR file to
contain an array of strings, rather than an array of characters. While
we fix GIR, revert those changes.
Some of the other changes in the file (which have an explicit
(element-type) already) are fine.

If we have an input parameter (or return value) we need to use (nullable).
However, if it is an (inout) or (out) parameter, (optional) is sufficient.
It looks like (nullable) could be used for everything according to the
Annotation documentation, but (optional) is more specific.
As it turns out, we have examples of internal functions called
type_name_get_private() in the wild (especially among older libraries),
so we need to use a name for the per-instance private data getter
function that hopefully won't conflict with anything.

The database is an abstract object implemented by the various TLS
backends, which is used by GTlsConnection to lookup certificates
and keys, as well as verify certificate chains.
Also add GTlsInteraction, which can be used to prompt the user
for a password or PIN (used with the database).
