0d268c4825 Remove all nicks and blurbs from param specs
Nicks and blurbs don't have any practical use for gio/gobject libraries.
Leaving tests untouched since this features is still used by other libraries.

8d82453cf1 gdbusobjectmanagerclient: Don’t warn if removing an interface fails
If an `InterfacesRemoved` signal is received for an object which doesn’t
exist in the local map of interfaces, don’t emit a warning.

This seems to happen in the real world (see #2401). Without a trace of
the D-Bus traffic it’s not possible to know exactly what situation is
causing this, but it seems possible that the peer could disappear and
its `notify::name-owner` signal could be processed before its
`InterfacesRemoved` signal, or something similar.

00bfb3ab44 tree: Fix various typos and outdated terminology
This was mostly machine generated with the following command:
```
codespell \
    --builtin clear,rare,usage \
    --skip './po/*' --skip './.git/*' --skip './NEWS*' \
    --write-changes .
```
using the latest git version of `codespell` as per [these
instructions](https://github.com/codespell-project/codespell#user-content-updating).

Then I manually checked each change using `git add -p`, made a few
manual fixups and dropped a load of incorrect changes.

There are still some outdated or loaded terms used in GLib, mostly to do
with git branch terminology. They will need to be changed later as part
of a wider migration of git terminology.

If I’ve missed anything, please file an issue!

5853d5c8e4 gdbusobjectmanagerclient: Fix race in signal emission
Following on from #978, it seems that #1232 is another instance of the
same problem: signals emitted across threads can’t guarantee their user
data is kept alive between committing to emitting the signal and
actually invoking the callback in the relevant thread.

Fix that by using weak refs to the `GDBusObjectManagerClient` as the
user data for its signals, rather than no refs. Strong refs would create
an unbreakable reference count cycle.

22ba4411cc gio: remove use of generic marshaller from GIO objects
Using the generic marshaller has drawbacks beyond performance. One such
drawback is that it breaks the stack unwinding from the Linux kernel due
to having unsufficient data to walk past ffi_call_unixt64. That means that
performance profiling by application developers looks grouped among
seemingly unrelated code paths.

While we can't fix the kernel unwinding here, we can provide proper
c_marshallers and va_marshallers for objects within Gio so that
performance profiling of applications is more reliable.

18a33f72db introspection: use (nullable) or (optional) instead of (allow-none)
If we have an input parameter (or return value) we need to use (nullable).
However, if it is an (inout) or (out) parameter, (optional) is sufficient.

It looks like (nullable) could be used for everything according to the
Annotation documentation, but (optional) is more specific.

3b28df1e00 gdbus: Work around a D-Bus bug with path_namespace='/' match rules
D-Bus versions < 1.6.18 (i.e. all current versions) have a bug with the
path_namespace='/' match rule key. It should conceptually match everything,
but actually matches nothing. This results in no property change (or other)
signals being forwarded to the D-Bus client.

The work-around implemented in GDBusObjectManagerClient is to remove the
path_namespace match key if its value is ‘/’.
