1dc774a653 Remove g_type_init() calls 
Very many testcases, some GLib tools (resource compiler, etc) and
GApplication were calling g_type_init().

Remove those uses, as they are no longer required.

2262d76b33 Move gio tests from gio/tests/ to tests/gio/ 
This avoids getting tests built every time when working on libgio and
running make in the gio/ directory.

        * tests/Makefile.am: add new test
