In the project from which this copy of cmph was forked, this was fixed

This removes the gthash utility functions from the ABI, so link those
into their automated test statically.

This also fixes the build for AArch64 since cmph_uint32 is not big
enough to hold a pointer there. I found this while building for CHERI
since the compiler errors there when casting from a non-inptr_t integer.
This also fixes warnings when building for AArch64 with clang.
They were still failing with `-Dglib_assert=false` because
`G_DISABLE_ASSERT` wasn’t being explicitly un-defined for the test.

Also while we’re there, take the opportunity to correctly set the test
suite, protocol and environment.

The introspection API has lived out of tree far too long. It has the
same ABI guarantees as the rest of GLib, so it has no reason to be split
from the main library.
The gobject-introspection project can depend on libgirepository, and the
language bindings can drop the gobject-introspection-1.0 dependency.
