Simply symbols files
...
The grouping in files/headers is not used anymore, and
the function attributes neither. Adapt abicheck scripts
and .def file generation rules accordingly.

Don't include __bss_start, _edata and _end symbols in the abichecks

They are added by the binutils gold linker.
