GNetworkAddress was allowing IPv6 scope ids in g_network_address_new() / g_network_address_parse(), but not in g_network_address_parse_uri(). Fix that. Dan Winship	16b26231ca	gio/tests/inet-address: fix to work on OS X ... OS X's getaddrinfo() only supports IPv6 scope IDs that are interface names, not numbers.
