Ryan Lortie	0156092a42	various: add GLIB_AVAILABLE_IN_ALL everywhere else ... Add the GLIB_AVAILABLE_IN_ALL annotation to all old functions (that haven't already been annotated with the GLIB_AVAILABLE_IN_* macros or a deprecation macro). Dan Winship	bf7408c30b	GInetSocketAddress: add IPv6 flowinfo and scope_id fields ... struct sin6_addr has two additional fields that struct sin_addr doesn't. Dan Winship	68fc055627	Add network address and socket types ... Types and methods for dealing with IPv4 and IPv6 addresses (and UNIX domain socket addresses under UNIX). This does not include code for actual socket I/O. Originally from "gnio". Much of the code was written by Christian Kellner, Samuel Cormier-Iijima, and Ryan Lortie.
