Philip Withnall	9e3c017df8	docs: Update various outdated links which pointed to wiki.gnome.org ... wiki.gnome.org has been retired but for some reason none of the old pages were given HTTP redirects, so everyone has to update all their links manually everywhere. Philip Withnall	70cb59ec90	docs: Document the release process ... This documents what we already do, rather than trying to make any improvements to the process. They can happen separately, later, as they’re a little more involved than just writing a Markdown document. For example, we really should automate some of this.
