1) When parsing the executable name out of the command line,
see if the executable is rundll32.exe. If that is the case,
use the DLL name from its first argument as the "executable"
(this is used only for matching, and Windows Registry matches
these programs by their DLLs, so this is correct; for running
the application GLib would still use the command line, with
rundll32).
2) If an app runs with rundll32, ensure that rundll32 arguments
can be safely quoted. Otherwise GLib will break them with its
protective quotation.
Also add g_app_info_get_fallback_for_type() and
g_app_info_get_recommended_for_type() as proxies for
g_app_info_get_all_for_type(), until gcontenttype support is improved.
- On first call scan the registry, collect information about URI protocols,
file extensions, applications and handlers, store that as a set of
interconnected structures in several hash tables
- Watch the registry keys, re-scan the registry when any one of them changes.

Add functions for manipulating the environment under which a
GAppLaunchContext will launch its children, to avoid thread-related
bugs with using setenv() directly.
FIXME: win32 side isn't implemented yet

* gwin32appinfo.c (g_win32_app_info_launch): Don't call
FormatMessage() etc here. Call g_win32_error_message() instead
which already does all that. Besides, the code was broken as it
called the default "A" version of FormatMessage() but still
thought it produced a wide string.

* *.c: chain up unconditionally in finalize() and dispose(). Also
don't dereference these function pointers when calling them since
that has no meaning at all.

* gwin32appinfo.c:
* gio.symbols:
Add g_app_info_supports_files()
Remove desktop arg from g_app_info_should_show().
* gdesktopappinfo.[ch]:
Implement g_app_info_supports_files() and new should_show()
Add g_desktop_app_info_set_desktop_env() to set the desktop
for should_show(). (This will be set by gtk+ later)

[gio compiles and links on win32, not sure how much already works]
* glocaldirectorymonitor.c : ifdefed out inotify emulation for win32
* glocalfile.c : use HAVE_UNISTD_H; implement file system size info
base on win32 API; prefer g_lstat() over lstat(); instead of
localtime_r() use an all GLib implementation on win32;
get_mount_info() still needs a win32 specifc implementation
* glocalfileinfo.c : use HAVE_*_H; start of implementation of
win32_get_file_user_info to get owner/group info without uid/gid
* glocalfileinputstream.c : include <io.h> on win32
* glocalfileoutputstream.c : include <io.h> on win32 and some S_IS*
definition, use g_win32_ftruncate() for G_OS_WIN32
* gwin32appinfo.c : optionalize a bunch on #ifdef AssocQueryString
it is available with mingw/w32api but a mess with the M$ Platform SDKs
see: http://mail.gnome.org/archives/gtk-devel-list/2007-December/msg00014.html
