* ltmain.sh: upgrade to libtool 1.2f
* autogen.sh: libtool is not required to autogen glib
* acconfig.h: remove WITH_SYMBOL_UNDERSCORE (not explictly needed)

change library versioning scheme to drop LT_RELEASE
from the -l line, while keeping it in the soname.
