As with the previous commit, the arguments to `ActivateAction` have to be validated before being passed to `g_action_group_activate_action()`. As they come over D-Bus, they are coming from an untrusted source. Includes unit tests for all D-Bus methods on `GApplication`. Signed-off-by: Philip Withnall <pwithnall@endlessos.org> Helps: #1904
