glib/glib/glibconfig.h.win32.in
Chun-wei Fan cfdd4cabe7 glib/glibconfig.h.win32.in: Clean up a bit further
Also get rid of the items regarding G_HAVE_*INLINE as they aren't used
anymore as they are removed from configure.ac.

Thanks to John Emmas and desrt for the earlier patch for getting
rid of the C4005 warnings.
