Pablo Correa Gómez bf24002428 gobject: clarify in documentation that g_value_set_boxed copies ...

This comes as a consequence of confusion by two devs[1]. The wording
is copied from g_value_set_string, which is more clear on what the
function is doing with the object it's consuming.
