David Zeuthen 88679aba98 Introduce g_volume_monitor_adopt_orphan_mount() function. Also add signals

	Introduce g_volume_monitor_adopt_orphan_mount() function. Also
	add signals 'disconnected' and 'eject-button' on GDrive. Add
	signal 'removed' on GVolume and 'unmounted' on GMount.
