Ryan Lortie b3b7ea8e22 Replace -I with $(glib_INCLUDES) and friends 
Stop using ad hoc -I in all of our Makefile.am.  Use the new variables
instead.

The sources are derived from Lennart Poettering's libasyncns library:

 http://0pointer.de/lennart/projects/libasyncns/

The 'update.sh' script in this directory, when pointed at
the original sources updates the files in this directory
to the new version
