Philip Withnall 8248382d8b gi-inspect-repository: Change --version argument to --typelib-version ...

`--version` is conventionally used to find the version of the program
itself. While that’s not currently implemented in
`gi-inspect-repository`, let’s not box ourselves into a corner.
