- Removing the update-desktop-files related items

- '%configure' doesn't work anymore, switched to './autogen.sh' followed by
  './configure' with specific options

  * Update German translation
  * Update language files
  * Update POT file
  * Add a date format option
  * Specify the minimum GTK+ version required
  * Fix build with gcc14 -Werror=incompatible-pointer-types
  * Support silent building
  * Compile the --with-gtk=3 option with -Wno-deprecated-declarations
  * Amend the name of the application in the desktop file
  * Update German translation
