Dirk Mueller 4675ed6dff - update to 4.30.0: 
* Install attached plugin zip file, or use Calibre's 'Get
    plugins' feature.
  * FanFicFare is delivered as a `pip` Python package.
  * Run `fanficfare -h` from command-line.
  * Update translations.
  * Better handling of &<> entities with stripHTML() and chapter
