* Update README.rst
  * Fix permissions on ssam.
  * Clean up man page.
  * Fix makefile for ssam.
  * Trap a couple of signals in ssam in order to guarantee the temporary file is removed.
  * Add ssam.
  * Set dot correctly after applying the `<` command

- Make update working with _service
