fix oscssl.py not verifying TLS cert verification

Browse Source 
use own implementation of HTTPSConnection (myHTTPSConnection)
instead the one provided by M2Crypto (httpslib.HTTPConnection)
And in proxy case use myProxyHTTPSConnection.
