allow 'osc results PROJECT', as an alternative to 'osc prjresults PROJECT'.
Flagged 'ls' without arguments as deprecated. This should really list relative to the working directory rather than all projects. It's now consistent with running 'osc r' in PRJ/PKG working directory.
