Rewrite the HTTP handling
- adding http_GET/POST/PUT/DELETE() functions, which dispatch to http_request(), and use them everywhere - removing othermethods.py - keeping urlopen(), in case it is used from externally, but have it print out a "depracated" message - finally, implementing a global HTTP debug mode
