Marcus Huewe 4e8e0492e8 Fix arch zst magic in util.packagequery ...

The correct zst magic is b'(\xb5/\xfd' (4 bytes) (that's what obs-build
is also using).

Kudos to Tobias Ellinghaus for spotting this.
