Danny Kukawka e35e161b24 added 'osc getbinaries REPOSITORY' to checkout all binaries ...

Added 'osc getbinaries REPOSITORY' to checkout all binaries
(incl. source package) of a REPOSITORY. New option checks out
all architectures into subdirs named as the arch.
