39de1e3dfd Accepting request 141468 from home:worldcitizen:branches:server:monitoring 
- Added Obsoletes and Provides the prepare the cacti-PA-* delete
- Removed BuildRequires: cacti as it's not really needed 
  and it speeds up the build process

ec21e73067 Accepting request 113940 from home:worldcitizen:cacti 
Changed package name to cacti-plugin-hostinfo as this is more logical
Install cacti in /srv/www/cacti/  from openSUSE 12.2 onward
