4d192d0200 Accepting request 141469 from home:worldcitizen:branches:server:monitoring 
- Added Obsoletes and Provides the prepare the cacti-PA-* delete
- Corrected the Url
- Removed BuildRequires: cacti as it's not really needed 
  and it speeds up the build process

803a68ff61 Accepting request 113942 from home:worldcitizen:cacti 
Changed package name to cacti-plugin-loginmod as this is more logical
Install cacti in /srv/www/cacti/  from openSUSE 12.2 onwards
