d5352ef28b Accepting request 141483 from home:worldcitizen:branches:server:monitoring 
- Added Obsoletes and Provides the prepare the cacti-PA-* delete
- Removed BuildRequires: cacti as it's not really needed 
  and it speeds up the build process

71a0f542d8 Accepting request 113996 from home:worldcitizen:cacti 
Changed package name to cacti-plugin-update as this is more logical
Install cacti in /srv/www/cacti/  from openSUSE 12.2 onwards
