- update to 1.14.1:

- use upstream specfile with only minimal adaptions
- build for php7 on SUSE distributions
- drop fix-apache-conf-on-opensuse131.patch for unmaintained distributions

11f74a87ea - updated the example mysql db creation script, it granted the user icinga_web access to all dbs - so please check the permissions of your mysql icinga_web user 
- updated the readme - mysql db creation in detail, missing pgsql information, better distinguishable topics

- added more information to the readme

d5ed42e13f - added README.SUSE - thanks to mopp 
- the db schema has changed, check /usr/share/doc/packages/icinga-web/README.SUSE how to upgrade it
