updated 3.4.0 release manifest versions

Do we expect to release with v1.33.3 or v1.33.4 ? Asking as there are RC releases for it AFAIK, and since we're testing with alpha rancher here ...

You need a service file for these, you can take this one as example: https://src.opensuse.org/suse-edge/Factory/src/branch/main/upgrade-controller-image/_service (you may even be able to just copy it verbatim)

The layers here are in first stage container, and OBS will not be able to follow a variable here, so better split in two here

Those two may be better using the python_module macro, to ensure python versions are in sync
