Hi Lubos,

I had Vagrant images for Leap 16.0 on my list for a long time, but always something else more important to do.

I hope a PR is the right way, as the project does not contain any packages directly anymore.

Feel free to point out any issues, please!

I had no clue how to fork this and get it building in OBS, so I manually created the project and use the same setup:
