- update to 0.57
- Updated remainder of test suite to armor against XML::Simple
dependency problems that I first attempted to fix in 0.53.
Only modified tests, no change to module code
Thanks to the cpantesters automated reporting for finding this.
- recreated by cpanspec 1.78.03
- fix deps
o removed Digest::SHA1
