- updated to 4.0.4 (v4.0.4)

  -   4.0.4 
      Saner way to add sub-paths; not visible.

      Add missing '' to catpath.
      Move canonpath into rel2abs, saves re-running it for each
      directory up the tree.

      Makefile.PL can use VERSION_FROM again.
