Accepting request 1249994 from home:voegelas:branches:devel:languages:perl:CPAN-I IP::Geolocation::MMDB can now be packaged without Alien::libmaxminddb if libmaxminddb-devel is available. The cpanspec.yml file adds a dependency on pkgconfig(libmaxminddb) and ignores the Alien::libmaxminddb build requirement. Once perl-IP-Geolocation-MMDB is available, the package https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:perl/perl-Alien-libmaxminddb can be removed as the package isn't required by any other package. I'm the upstream author of both packages.
