  * Fix CPAN RT #150252 regarding bdiv() not modifying the invocand object when
    upgrading/downgrading is enabled.
  * Add hyperoperator method bhyperop(). This method implements succession,
    addition, multiplication, exponentiation, tetration, pentation ...).
