- add missing requirement netcfg to fix build
- updated to 1.005
   see /usr/share/doc/packages/perl-Object-Import/CHANGES
  2018-10.29 v1.005 release to CPAN
   - fix syntax error with newer Perl versions
   - New Maintainer Max Maischein
