- make the scan-perl-prereqs program also scan .PL and .cgi files
- also check for "Foo->VERSION(x)" after "require Foo"
- doc improvements from David Steinbrunner and Karen Etheridge
- eliminate testing of Carp for its prereqs, which *did* change from older
5.8.8 installs
