Lars Vogdt ee2aff1260 - update to 0.81:

+ Add the 'nofollow_extended' option to add rel="nofollow" to 
    extended links. Thanks to Ian McEwen for this patch.
  + Automatic absolute links now work when at the very start of 
    some text Fixes bug #27850.
