- Add 0001-add-missing-std-namespace-to-build-on-Debian-10.patch
- Cleanup specfile:
  * Use system PyCXX, drop unused libboost_python3
  * Drop some unused dependencies
  * Remove ChangeLog.txt, not updated since version 0.14
