- provide two new (conflicting) packages with configuration:
* ImageMagick-config-upstream
- provides configuration provided by upstream (no restrictions)
* ImageMagick-config-SUSE (preferred)
- provides configuration provided by SUSE (with security
restrictions)
- deleted patches
- ImageMagick-disable-insecure-coders.patch (renamed)
- added patches
+ ImageMagick-configuration-SUSE.patch
