Dominique Leuenberger 155eef0fb0 - Apply all patches unconditonally: PackageKit-zypp-c++17.patch is
merged in upstream git and thus does not justify to be
  conditionally applied.
- Switching back to autosetup, as this works without conditional
  patches.
