Accepting request 261522 from GNOME:Next

- Drop openSUSE-release BuildRequires: as this package gets a daily
  update to represent the build version, aisleriot is being rebuilt
  for no reason everyday.
- Hackup configure to fallback to 'opensuse' as release when no
  /etc/os-release can be found.
