- Include a sane HTTPD_SYSCONFIG_FILE env. variable when invoking
/usr/sbin/httpd.
The appropriate MPM was not being located when calling /usr/sbin/httpd
directly.
- Rename event's 'mod_cgi' to 'mod_cgid' in loadmodule.conf, as that's what
the event MPM ships.
