- simplify apache2.logrotate, use sharedscripts [bnc#713581]
- remove curly brackets around format sequence "%y" in
`stat --format="%{y}" %{SOURCE1}` that caused an incorrect
evaluation. Add escaping to proper spec-cleaner processing in
the future
