- Updated to version 3.14.11:
* APC MODBUS protocol support over RS232

- Verify GPG signature.
- Remove obsolete apcupsd-early-powerdown script.
- Remove upgrade scripts for SuSE Linux 8 and SLES 8.
- Do not call powersave-notify (regression bnc#856907).
