Fix aa-remove-unknown for 'unconfined' profiles
Without this patch, aa-remove-unknown uses 'profile_name (unconfined)'
when trying to unload unconfined profiles, which fails for obvious
reasons with (picking a random example)
Removing 'busybox (unconfined)'
