* arch-chroot: fix unshare chroot /dev symlinks
* arch-chroot: bind mount over a /etc/resolv.conf symlink (requires mount >= 2.39)
* arch-chroot: add option to preserve the chroot resolv.conf
* arch-chroot: ensure /run is mounted with --make-private
* genfstab: ensure swap devices adhere to -f
* genfstab: remove atgc mount option
