- Update to version 9.600.4:
* faster handling of sparse submatrices.

* faster handling of sparse matrices by join_cols().
* expanded clamp() to handle sparse matrices.
* added .clean() to replace elements below a threshold with
zeros; can be used to sparsify matrices.
